Summary: It would have been nice to know the pool was closed. Also I called them before I booked with Hotel.com and it was higher however when I checked in and out my rate was $18 cheaper had I booked directly. I totally wouldn’t have booked it I knew the pool was closed. Disappointed

Summary: First and foremost, we booked at this hotel exclusively for the pool and hot tub. While checking in the receptionist informed us that it has not been open for months and the owners refuse to update the website that the pool is not in service. The side door key slot doesn't work, right next to where we were instructed to park. We noticed that the stairwell door was propped open on different occasions. The fire alarm in our room was disassembled and had no battery. The 2nd floor ice machine was out of service. The fridge in the room would not keep anything cold. There was no laundry bag in the room for dirty clothes (not a huge inconvenience.) Next to all of this, the housekeepers knocked on our door every 20 minutes after 8 am. Check out isn't until 11am, let us sleep. The hallways and elevators smelled awful. The only reason that I am giving this property more than 1 star is because the breakfast was good and the receptionists were great at their jobs and definitely deserve a raise. Long story short if you are expecting a nice relaxing swim and the opportunity to sleep in, book elsewhere. So much false advertising here. I rarely leave bad reviews, because I work in the hospitality industry as well, but I feel like all of this needed to be addressed and not just dumped on the receptionists.

Summary: Its a hotel I've stayed at before, it's ok for the price and location to casinos around. The rooms were ok, but definitely dated. The TVs are older LCDs and the AC in my room was not the best. The restroom was good, beds were good, and the breakfast was good. The hotel overall was good, although the pool was not in working order, and was closed which we were bummed about. The gym smelled of urine, or something nauseating.

Summary: The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable which is important to us. We like the location and the service was good- they reminded us if we needed "anything" they were there to help!

Summary: The lady at the front desk that checked me in and out was an extremely friendly and polite employee. I would stay at this hotel again just because of the friendliness of the front desk lady (I believe her name was Charlie). However, the bathroom in our room needed to be serviced. The shower head could not be adjusted. The shower head sprayed on the wall and we tried to adjust but we couldn't get it to budge. Also, the tub did not drain which is just disgusting. The light by the door did not have a cover. I realize these are minor things which is why, because of the employee, I would stay in this hotel again. The breakfast needed to be addressed as well. There were ants crawling all over the gravy spoon. I could not believe that was happening. There were 4 Hispanic employees that stood around the food area talking and eating the breakfast but not restocking or cleaning. There were many breakfast items that needed to be restocked but I felt they wanted to chitchat rather than work.

Summary: The property advertises an indoor pool when in fact the one they have is not in working order, and as I was informed after arrival, it was not going to be- moving forward. If you are booking especially for this amenity, I suggest you try next door.
